LMS Support Specialist
Alta Software LLC, a prominent software development company in Georgia specializing in solutions for the financial sector since 1998, is seeking a LMS Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
As an LMS Support Specialist, you will manage support-related issues for Alta Software LMS solution, ensuring customer interaction and issue resolution:
• Respond promptly to incidents and tasks, perform analysis, and assign issues to the appropriate developers
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues
• Provide consultations, demonstrations, and guidance to customers regarding our software
• Conduct customer training sessions
• Oversee software change management, including testing and verifying implemented changes
• Create and update user guides and related documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (technical education is a plus)
• Experience in banks or micro-financial institutions, with high-level knowledge of banking products and services
• General knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of English
• Experience with Alta Software’s systems, particularly LMS, is advantageous
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a high level of responsibility
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Team player with the ability to work independently
