Description of work:

Alta Software LLC offers a stable, interesting and self-development oriented job. Alta Software has created solutions for financial institutions since 1998.

Support specialist facilitates the following in Alta Software: implementation of tasks related to Alta Software LLC software support/services, relationship with customers, management of submitted tasks and incidents, customer training, document writing, testing of assigned tasks and incidents along with entire build/version/fix, creation of change log, presentation/demonstration of assigned modules as needed and other servicing of the software.

The support employee should be involved in the implementation of real tasks ASAP (maximum one month after hiring).

Scope of competence:

  • Timely response to incoming tasks, analysis, redistribution to responsible developers, communication with the author of the task and specification of the task;

  • Consulting for clients, demonstrating, installing and explaining software;

  • Organization of training for the customers;

  •  Software change management and checking/testing of the implemented changes;

  •  Addressing the incidents and questions.

 

Required qualification:

  •  Higher education (technical education is a plus);

  •  Working experience in banks/micro-financial institutions, general knowledge of banking products and services;

  •  Knowledge of English;

  •  Experience in writing technical/user guides;

  •  Experience with Alta Software systems is a plus;

  •  Familiarity with Jira and TFS is a plus;

  •  Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is welcome.

Employment: full time, from Monday till Friday (5 days/40 hours a week).
